We guide people through aligning their behavior with their vision and values — helping them accomplish things they couldn't achieve alone and becoming who they are built to be.
Consistency is the foundation of everything — your confidence, your physical output, and the quality of every training session. We develop the whole athlete through the Awareness → Vision → Action framework and five integrated pillars, because total health is what makes excellence repeatable.
Learn More →Sustainable ministry begins with a sustainable leader. We help pastoral leaders develop the systems that protect their energy, deepen their integrity, and make it possible to grow into the fullness of who they are called to be — without burning out along the way.
Learn More →Most people have more vision for their life than their daily habits currently reflect. Coaching starts with honest awareness of where you are, builds a clear picture of where you want to be, and develops the daily habits that get you there — overcoming barriers and building the consistency that makes a fully experienced life possible.

"Clifton doesn't tell you what to do. He helps you figure out what you already know but can't quite see. That's the difference."Coaching Client
The gap between where you are and where you want to be is real. So is the difference a coach makes in closing it.
Connect With a CoachIntegrative Health Coaching (IHC) is an evidence-based methodology developed at Duke Integrative Medicine and grounded in positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and behavior change science. It is one of the most rigorously credentialed coaching disciplines available — requiring extensive training, supervised hours, and eligibility for the National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) exam, the gold standard in the coaching industry.
Unlike general life coaching — which has no required training, licensing, or standards — IHC is built on a defined clinical framework. It treats the person as the expert on their own life, and the coach as the guide who helps them see what they cannot see on their own.
To build a world where every leader, team, and individual is equipped with the systems and support to consistently grow in health and performance in every area of life.
To set a new standard of coaching — guiding leaders, teams, and individuals with integrity and compassion to build the systems that enable them to continuously increase their capability, capacity, and quality of life.
Every coaching engagement moves through three stages. The framework is consistent. The application is always personal.
You cannot change what you cannot see. We help clients see their current patterns, habits, and blind spots — clearly and without judgment.
Awareness without direction leads nowhere. Clients clarify who they want to become and connect their identity to their goals.
Clients build personalized, sustainable behaviors — small, deliberate commitments that create real forward momentum. The system molds to the person.
We do not coach one area of your life in isolation. The Foundations of Health and Performance framework addresses the five performance systems that determine whether a person thrives — or stalls.
Built on the Awareness → Vision → Action framework. Personalized to each client's life, goals, and pace. Not sure which is right for you? A 20-minute call is the best place to start.
A group kickoff session builds team awareness and shared vision, followed by individualized 1-on-1 coaching for each client — developing the whole person, not just the performer.
The same Foundations of Performance framework, built entirely around one person and their unique life, goals, and vision.
Eight sessions may feel like too much or not enough. Every client's situation is unique — reach out and we will find the right fit together.
Twenty minutes is all it takes. Schedule a free call with a Momentum coach.
Connect With a CoachThe process is the same for everyone: honest awareness of where you are, a compelling vision of where you want to be, and the daily actions that close the gap. Whether you compete, lead, or simply want to fully experience the life you are building — Momentum was built for you.
The gap between a good athlete and a great one is rarely physical. It is the ability to show up consistently — in training, in preparation, in recovery, and in competition. Consistency builds confidence. Confidence builds performance. And performance, when it is built on a clear vision of who you are becoming, is sustainable.
Through the Awareness → Vision → Action framework and five integrated pillars, Momentum develops the whole athlete: physical capacity, mental performance, recovery habits, leadership, and purpose. We work across disciplines — with a particular presence in the mountain biking community in Bentonville, AR.
Connect With a CoachBurnout in pastoral ministry is not a character flaw — it is what happens when a person of deep calling operates without a system for their own health and wholeness. The most effective pastoral leaders are not just theologically sound — they are personally consistent, emotionally grounded, and growing.
We walk with pastoral leaders through a process of developing the awareness, vision, and daily habits that allow them to lead with greater joy, deeper integrity, and the kind of wholeness that their congregations need to see modeled. You were called to lead others toward growth. Coaching helps you grow too.
Connect With a CoachYou were not built for a half-experienced life. Most people drift through days that feel busy but not particularly meaningful — working hard without moving clearly toward anything. The gap between who you are and who you want to become is not a motivation problem. It is a system problem.
Coaching starts by helping you see honestly where you are, builds a compelling vision of where you want to be, and then develops the daily habits and behaviors that actually get you there — overcoming the barriers that have held you back and building the consistency that makes growth feel less like effort and more like momentum. The goal is not just better habits. It is a fully experienced life.
Connect With a CoachDifferent contexts, different goals, different ceilings — the same guided process of becoming who you are built to be.
Connect With a CoachWe built Momentum around a standard, not a personality. Whoever you work with, you get the same methodology, the same standard of care, and the same commitment to you as the expert on your own life.
An Army veteran and former law enforcement officer, Clifton built Momentum out of a conviction that most people are never given a real system for sustainable growth — one that accounts for the whole person, not just the parts that are easiest to measure.
With a background in strength and conditioning and a certification in Integrative Health Coaching, Clifton works at the intersection of physical performance, behavior change, and identity development. He currently serves as a full-time performance coach at Unlock Human Potential (UHP), helping veterans build careers in coaching while discovering their purpose.
His coaching is rooted in the belief that every person has a vision for who they are becoming — and that the right system, built around their unique life, can make that vision a reality. He lives in Bentonville, AR, deeply embedded in both the athletic and faith communities there.
Jon's approach to coaching is built on a simple standard: health should be strong, sustainable, and lived out daily — not chased in short bursts of intensity.
With a background in military leadership and experience in performance, nutrition, and habit development, Jon works at the intersection of physical excellence, lifestyle design, and personal responsibility. He helps clients build structured, repeatable systems that drive results — removing guesswork and replacing it with clarity and discipline.
As a husband, father of four, and retired Army First Sergeant, Jon brings a leadership-driven perspective to his work. His coaching reflects a belief that how we care for our bodies is connected to how we lead, serve, and live with purpose.
Based in North Carolina, Jon works with individuals who are ready to pursue a higher level of performance, build lasting strength, and operate with intention across every area of life.
My work as an Integrative Health and Trauma-Informed Transformation Coach is centered on helping individuals reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity, agency, and self-trust. I believe lasting change doesn't come from forcing outcomes, but from understanding the experiences, patterns, and internal dynamics that shape how we show up in our lives.
I spent over 20 years in the U.S. Army, with 12 of those years serving as a Green Beret in 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), operating in high-stakes environments that demanded discipline, adaptability, and resilience. Throughout my career, I led teams, planned complex operations, and supported individuals through intense physical and mental challenges. These experiences shaped my ability to stay grounded under pressure, build trust quickly, and guide others through uncertainty — skills I now bring into my coaching practice.
Today, I combine that background with integrative health and trauma-informed coaching to support clients in navigating transitions, building resilience, and creating meaningful, sustainable change. My work with veterans and diverse populations has strengthened my ability to listen deeply, hold space without judgment, and create environments where people feel safe to explore both their challenges and their potential.
I bring consistency, integrity, and presence to every coaching relationship, honoring each person's pace while remaining committed to their growth. My role is not to fix, but to partner — supporting clients as they develop awareness, make aligned decisions, and move forward with confidence.
As a Navy veteran, Sabrina DiRezze developed the discipline, adaptability, and leadership that now define her approach to coaching. Her military service gave her firsthand experience leading people through challenge and transition — and a deep understanding of what it takes to build resilience that lasts.
With a foundation in Health Sciences and Nutrition, Sabrina brings a whole-body perspective to her work as an Integrative Health Coach. She helps individuals reconnect with their bodies, optimize performance, and develop sustainable habits that support lifelong health and well-being. Her coaching empowers clients to make intentional, lasting changes — not through quick fixes, but through the kind of aligned, purposeful behavior change that actually holds.
Sabrina's work is also informed by her training as a Sexual Assault Trauma-Informed Victim Advocate, allowing her to hold space with particular care for those navigating sensitive or complex personal histories. She meets every client with compassion, presence, and a commitment to their growth at their own pace.
